Programme Management

At PDS we understand the need for great management reporting and as part of our client relationship management, we provide continual review and feedback on your programmes.

We do this in a number of ways, to ensure that you are always in control of every aspect of your programme.

Monthly Reporting

We provide monthly management information relating to the performance of each apprentice on a PDS programme. The information will detail progress against all qualifications within the apprenticeship framework.

Monthly Operational Calls

Following the monthly report submission, we will facilitate a conference call with those responsible for the programme to discuss all areas of performance and highlight any areas for improvement.

Quarterly Review

Every 3 months we will produce a quarterly performance review of the whole programme. The quarterly review is a face to face review meeting attended by all parties. This is an opportunity to review performance to date, discuss any enhancements to the programme and also look ahead at future needs.

Annual Programme Review

Following the implementation of an apprenticeship programme, we would carry out an annual review, which may incorporate the following elements:

  • Review the Attraction, Recruitment & Selection process
  • Review the Training & Development Plan
  • Review the qualifications and unit selection
  • Review processes and procedures that support the programme
  • Agree any quality improvements
