What the PDS Group do

We are unique in the package of services we offer and have built an unrivalled reputation in the IT and Telecommunications sector amongst several blue chip organisations, for the delivery of high quality and award winning apprenticeship programmes. Drawing on best practice, we have developed these programmes based on your requirements and our personal experiences.

We can do as much, or as little, as you need us to do:

  • Developing a business case which will include identifying skills shortages or gaps within your organisation, developing objectives, job specifications, costs and performance and profitability benefits for the business
  • Identifying the apprenticeship framework and appropriate qualifications
  • Attraction, recruitment and selection of apprentices through a comprehensive process that includes ability testing, behavioural interviews and assessment centres.
  • Developing a comprehensive training programme and reviewing the best way to deliver your programme
  • Work based learning assessment and certification against the national qualification’s standards
  • Management and review of your programme that includes monthly management reporting and individual learner reviews
  • Identifying and securing apprenticeship funding. We have an open book policy where all government contributions and our costs are presented to you in a very open manner. This means employers are able to take full advantage of any government funding whilst we take care of the administration.
