Vodafone’s UK Product Validation and Testing Group needed to eliminate a dependence on expensive contract labour, without sacrificing efficiency or quality. This case study discusses the pilot Higher Apprentice Programme developed with Partnership Development Solutions (PDS) to meet those needs.
