Jenny Harman

Jenny is an expert in people development and a fervent ambassador for apprenticeships. Jenny founded PDS in 2005 after an earlier career in IT & Telecommunications recruitment and senior management experience in IT at BT Cellnet and Human Resources at Orange.

David Willett

David is a co-founder of PDS and joined in 2006 as co-director. David is a people development specialist and believes that apprenticeships are key to delivering the right skills to UK businesses.

A product of work-based learning himself, David completed an engineering apprenticeship with the NHS and, after gaining facilities management experience at Marks and Spencer, he completed a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management at Salford University whilst at Orange.
