PDS Group was created by Jenny Harman and David Willett in 2005. Since then the demand for apprenticeships has increased significantly and the business has grown to meet these needs. We are the number one apprenticeship consultancy within the IT and Telecommunication sector and some of our clients include Airwave, Arqiva, Cable & Wireless, Ericsson, O2, Virgin Media and Vodafone.

Jenny and David have both worked for major corporations and have experienced at firsthand what it is like to be on the other side of the fence trying to develop apprenticeship programmes.

From our base in Wiltshire, we have a highly skilled team of specialist consultants who support our clients across the UK. Our team's expertise includes Human Resources, Learning and Development, IT and Telecommunications.

We are passionate about delivering a unique service that enables our clients to develop high quality apprenticeship programmes that offer real value to the business. Our apprenticeship programmes are approved by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

We are equally passionate about raising the profile of apprenticeships in the UK ensuring that apprenticeships are seen as a real option.
